50 ton Laboratory Hydraulic Press

News and New Contracts

 

February 2024 – JRD BIPEL Supplied two laboratory hydraulic presses to Sheffield University. Both presses had heated platens working at 450°C, cooling platens, profile temperature and pressure.

November 2023 – JRD BIPEL Supplied a laboratory hydraulic press to Plymouth University. The press had heated platens working at 450°C, cooling platens, profile temperature and pressure.

September 2023 – JRD BIPEL Supplied a laboratory hydraulic press to Portsmouth University. The press had heated platens working at 450°C, cooling platens, profile temperature and pressure.

April 2023 – JRD BIPEL received an order to supply BIPEL 300t and 400t presses.

April 2023 – JRD BIPEL completed rebuild of 450 ton hydraulic press with high temperature platens 450c.

March 2023 – JRD BIPEL received an order to supply BIPEL 150t press to a customer based in the USA.

March 2023 – JRD BIPEL completed rebuilding FOUR  BIPEL 150T presses to a UK based customer

November 2022 – JRD BIPEL testing a new R&D compression press working at 425°C with water cooling for heated platens. Proportional pressure control. Ramp pressure and temperature. Preheat on either force or position. The new R&D press is designed for Universities, R&D institutions in the Aerospace, defence, oil and gas industries.

November 2022 – JRD BIPEL won a new order to factory rebuild BIPEL 300 ton compression press for metal drawing.

September 2022 –  JRD BIPEL won new contract to factory rebuild 4 off BIPEL 150 ton compression presses.
The machines will be fitted with Omron PLC control system, modern Hydraulic manifold to reduce pipe connections, new safet to comply with current regulations and new panels.
