Factory rebuilt BIPEL 1000 tonne hydraulic press used for the manufacture of high density Carbon Fibre Sheets.
The press was completely stripped down and rebuilt with all new hydraulics, electrics, guards and panels. The press frame was checked to original manufacturing drawings. Bottom table and top table were modified to accommodate 1600 mm x 1100 mm cartridge heated and water cooled platens.

The 2-tonne blender is designed to mix ingredients for subsequent processing. The ingredients are contained within a ‘bin’ that is placed in the cage. The bin is sealed and is clamped while the blending takes place. The blending action is achieved by rotating the cage with the bin installed. The rotation axis is arranged to give the best blending action.
This version is designed for blending metal powders for subsequent processing.
